If it is a new caller inquiring about the park and site availability:

In order to complete your booking, I’ll need to gather some information from you (add these details to the website booking page):

– What is your arrival date?
– Do you have a departure date?
– Is this booking just for yourself or a family?  How many adults will there be?  How many children?  
– Will there be pets, if so, how many?  How many vehicles?  And what is the length of your RV?
– Gather the first & last names, billing address, phone #, email address, ask what credit card they will be using to confirm their booking.  Next take down the credit card #, expiration date, cvv # on back of card, name as it is on the card, then click submit.  Advise them that a welcome packet will be available upon arrival and thank them for booking with us today. 

  • We are a veteran owned RV Resort Community and Campground located at 657 FM 339 in Mount Calm Texas.
  • We accommodate short-term, weekly, monthly and long-term stays
  • Staying here is like being in a state park but with a few extra amenities!
  • Our office hours are 12noon to 5pm, Tuesday thru Saturday.  The office is closed on Sunday and Monday 
    • Arrivals on days the office is closed, can book for 1-3 days (depending on day of arrival) and then make an appointment to complete monthly/long-term/group or event booking.  
    • An alternative is to complete the monthly/long-term form online and the office will reply within 24-48 hours or next business day. 
  • Important questions to ask for the booking (NEED TO KNOW):
    • Is the booking for a individual, couple, family?
    • Are there any pets?
    • How many vehicles?
    • What is the age and length of the RV?
    • What date do you expect to arrive?
    • What is the anticipated length of stay?
