Guidelines for a Great Stay
For a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay, please take a moment to review our park guidelines. Together, let’s make every visit to BATL Ranch RV Resort a great experience!
General Guidelines
All guests and visitors must follow park rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Rules and policies are subject to change at any time.
Reservations & Payments
A major credit/debit card and valid state photo ID are required for reservations.
Auto-pay is required for daily, weekly, and monthly stays.
Payments must be made via credit/debit card; checks are not accepted.
All reservations must be paid in full before arrival.
No refunds or credits for early departure unless approved by management.
Check-In & Check-Out
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Open Tuesday – Saturday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Closed on Sunday & Monday)
Speed Limit & Parking
Speed limit is 10 MPH throughout the park. Please drive slowly to reduce dust.
No parking on open or adjacent sites, roadways, or grassy areas between buddy sites.
All guests must park in designated gravel areas only.
Quiet Hours & Guest Conduct
Sunday – Thursday: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Friday – Saturday: 12:00 AM – 7:30 AM
No loud music, disruptive behavior, or excessive noise.
Guests must notify the office of any visitors and accompany them during their stay.
Pool & Pond Rules
No lifeguard on duty – Swim at your own risk.
No swimming in ponds.
Glass containers are not permitted in the pool, pond, or dog park areas.
Help maintain a clean and trash-free pool area.
Pet Policy
Pets must be leashed and under control at all times.
Owners must pick up after their pets.
For the safety of all guests, aggressive pets are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed to relieve themselves on other sites, roads, or near the office.
Site & RV Guidelines
All sites include 30/50 amp service, full hookups, and free basic Wi-Fi.
No ground disposal of grey/black water—prohibited by state law.
Airtight sewer connections are required for all RV hookups.
No major mechanical work on vehicles; quick fixes (flat tires, checking oil) are allowed for 15-30 minutes in the back gravel area.
Firearms & Safety Policies
No weapons are allowed on-site.
Firearms must be kept inside RVs at all times.
Live fire is only permitted during official park events, with management approval.
Children & Supervision
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult (18+) at all times.
Privacy Policy
Guest information, including mobile numbers, will never be shared with third parties for marketing.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/email notifications. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
Violation & Removal Policy
Violating park guidelines may result in removal without a refund.
